Has anyone else here got a Savage or Monster truck that they bash?



Im thinking of starting up a Off Road topic section here for all Monster truckers??



Also add here what option parts or anyting you have done to your trucks!

i would also be interested in a monster truck section. i soon will have my t-maxx back from the hobby shop and i am currently looking for membership to a club that i can race my truck with....

(any info with offroad clubs/races is much appreciated)

BA tourer shell

tuned exhaust pipe

rubber boots for the driveshafts

aftermarket air filter



I am planning on making a custom roll cage out of 2mm steel tube, i am going to attach it using the suspension towers. as its the same diameter.

i will be looking for a shell that i can use to fit over this.

i also want to make some crash plates for the underside of the trck but that wont happen untill i get new wheels as i need to get better clearance from the ground. i will stiffen the suspension somewhat to help with this also.

also i plan to get new rims and rubber, 1 street set and an offroad set. at the moment thats all i have planned.



any comments and suggestions about my truck are welcomed.

I have a massive 1/6 monster truck. a TOKI .27 engine with sports tuned exhaust. new Hi-Tec Servos (steering 12 kg, throttle 3kg) it's chain driven and 2 speed. cost me over $800..



I smash this thing everywhere. i have rebuilt the rear diff like three times and have broken the chain twice because it has so much torque.



Racing woulds be a great idea!!
